Reservations and payment

Specifically for the camper market, we developed our simple and flexible Europe CamperPark (ECP) cloud software package. A package that allows your guests to reserve and pay for a spot at your park while on the road, after which they can easily access the park. First going to a reception is a thing of the past. This allows you to welcome your guests outside reception hours. This offers your guests the flexibility they desire.

You don't just start a camper park

There is a lot involved in starting a camper park. Just think of obtaining permits and the practical layout of the park. We can advise you on this.

Reception-free access to your camper park

1. Book online

Your guests can book online from the ECP website or your own website. They enter their details and optionally their license plate number.

2. Online payment

After completing the reservation process, your guest will enter the payment environment. Only after payment will the reservation become a fact and your guests will receive a reservation confirmation by email. You can design this confirmation as desired.

3. Code or license plate for access

The booking confirmation contains an access code for your guest, which gives him direct access to the park, making the visit to a reception a thing of the past.

4. Reserve locally

To offer the adventurers, who drive directly to a camper place, the convenience of booking locally, it is possible to book a place on location and pay via the reception or via our camper kiosk. This allows you to serve all the different campers in your own way.

5. Paying for facilities

You can have your guests pay for electricity, water, showers and other facilities via ECP. This can also be booked locally via a camper kiosk afterwards.

6. Site development

Thanks to a good relationship with our partners, we can relieve you of the burden of sanitary units and lighting on location, so that your guests can gain access to an attractive park.
